Privacy Policy
Preshift ("we," "us") operates preshift.cloud and sells digital products for hotel banquet teams. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services involved.
What we collect directly
The preshift.cloud website is a static landing page. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting, tracking pixels, or account systems on this domain. We do not collect names, emails, or payment data directly.
When you email us at support@preshift.cloud, we receive whatever you send — name, email, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Third-party services we use
- Vercel hosts the site. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) are generated to serve pages and prevent abuse. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Gumroad handles all purchases and file delivery. When you click a "Get It" button, you leave preshift.cloud for Gumroad's checkout. Gumroad collects your email, payment details, and any billing information you provide. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
- Pinterest verifies preshift.cloud as a claimed domain via a meta tag on our homepage. This enables rich pins that pull product metadata; it does not transmit visitor data. See Pinterest's privacy policy.
Cookies
Our pages do not set first-party cookies. The Gumroad overlay script loaded on our product pages may set cookies scoped to gumroad.com when you open a checkout overlay — those cookies are governed by Gumroad's privacy policy, not ours.
Marketing and the Pinterest API
We use the Pinterest API to upload our own product marketing content to our own Pinterest Business account. This does not involve any visitor data from preshift.cloud. Authentication tokens are stored on our own systems and never shared with third parties.
Your rights
Because preshift.cloud does not maintain a customer database of its own, most data-rights requests should go to the service that holds your data:
- Purchases, receipts, and account data → Gumroad
- Email support history → email us at support@preshift.cloud to request deletion
Children
Our products are intended for hospitality professionals and students. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the services we use or the ways we operate change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
